        Older lady who was working the front desk was very rude, i walked in and said howre you doing and then proceeded to show her my phone for an order i had. She told me to not shove my phone in her face a with a very nasty attitude even though i didnt i was holding maybe a foot and a half minimum away from her face. Then i asked her is that rude? and she said very even though I didnt shove my phone in her face and even was holding my phone with 2 fingers in a way so she can grab it to make sure im not stealing someone elses order. Keep in mind i didnt have an attitude and i said howre you doing in a nice way. I do not appreciate her attitude at all and im sure you guys know who it is cause im assuming not too many older women work at advance auto parts EDIT: 11/26/23 I reached out to corporate after this incident and they said someone from the store/area would get back to me. They never did unfortunately, this is apart of the reason why me and everyone I know dont go to advanced auto parts anymore and everyone including other random people Ive talked too dont either cause theyve had similar experiences and the ORileys around the corner are so much more helpful and more knowledgeable.
