        I stopped by today to return three quarts of oil that I purchased a week ago. My car was leaking oil so I purchased them for that reason. I ended up buying a new car so no longer needed them. The guy working the counter in his early thirties was polite and efficient. The person I purchased the oil from, a man in his late sixties with who uses a cain, was also very friendly and accommodating.

        Ive gone to this location for 10 years but will stop going there. This morning, the guy working didnt know anything about brake pads and rotors but was pushing me to get what he had in stock, instead of listening to what I needed. He was very rude and I walked out. He needs training on how to communicate with respect and courtesy. You guys lost my business. Will never go there again.

        Had a wonderful interaction with Phil, who took the time to help me find a washer for my oil drain plug. Rather than pointing me to the aisle, he actually walked with me and helped ensure that I had the right one. I appreciate the fantastic service and will continue to shop here for my auto part needs.

        Exactly as advertised. Great location for the neighborhood to find parts for their cars. You will frequently see people in the parking lot making small fixes to their vehicles. Love this spot.
