I am very selective and involved in the care of my dogs. I have been very impressed and happy with OVVH. I feel like I have finally found THE ONE of veterinary care!
Everyone from the front desk staff who greet you and answer the phones to the vet techs to my 2 regular doctors we see (Dr. Jones & Dr. Megremis), they have consistently been caring, kind, professional, and extremely competent. They are very responsive and actually want to help and answer all your questions. It feels like they really care and always make an effort to accommodate my schedule.
The office and exam rooms are clean. The staff is always organized and prepared, knowing our names/ who's arrived for their appointment and warmly greet us upon entering.
I also appreciate that they are very transparent about pricing/ cost of services. They always discuss the estimated costs with you before conducting the examination/ whatever you are there for.
I absolutely recommend this veterinary hospital!

Great service and great people. We feel our pet is well looked after and cared for. Definitely full of animal lovers. Not the cheapest, but VA is more expensive than where moved from. But, money well spent. Pets arent cheap.
