PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic

Took my dog at 9pm on a Friday night, not too long before closing. Everyone was very friendly and professional during our visit. The facilities here are very nice (looks like everything was new). Most importantly, we were seen right away - in the past when I have taken my dog to an urgent care I am waiting hours for someone to see us. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and that was after the exam, a blood test and an xray. I highly recommend this place if your normal vet cant see you - great experience!!

This facility is wonderful. Im surprised it doesnt have more reviews! Front desk staff were amazing, so was the tech, and Dr. Fynn was AWESOME. Everyone was welcoming and made my wife and I feel at ease. The facility is spotless, modern, and the examination rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place. Our dog had terrible bloody stool - its now the next day and shes made a full 180 and back to her old self. Thanks Doctor Fynn and staff!

Excellent service, I recommend you. I had a concern with my cat which I called his vet and they only gave me appointments for the following week which was devastating for me. I found this place which gave me the option of same day appointments which was great for me. My little cherry was treated with a lot of love which I loved. The entire staff is super cute. I was really delighted with their service. They took the time to call me the next day to find out how my cherry was doing I loved that they had a room with her name waiting for her which I loved and best of all I thought it would be super expensive because it was a same day appointment to my surprise it wasn't like that I think it was a fair price I really don't care about my cherry's health It is priceless and not two days later her skin was super better, which is why she was taken. They applied her medication and it worked very well. I love you. Thank you.

Appreciate that there is an urgent care to take pets to. Their hours are appropriate and I am so so thankful they were open on a Sunday to take our pretty ill dog. Definitely not a replacement for your regular vet, but for acute illnesses when your vet isnt open, this place is a gem! Dr. Iovino was overall appropriately thorough. Didnt order anything extraneous. Im knocking off a star because I didnt appreciate her response when I asked about having 2 toddlers at home and if what my dog was experiencing could be passed to humans. She was pretty rude in her lecture to let me know that wasnt an appropriate question to ask and shes not a physician. I have never once been told that by the vets I have ever seen. Typically vets are pretty good at letting you know whether you need to quarantine the pet, etc. obviously I know she isnt a pediatrician, but my goodness - I thought vets learned about zoonotic diseases and at the very least could let me know if I needed to keep my kids completely away from our dog.
