The worst landlord I have EVER dealt with. Responds weeks late, apt was in horrible shape, infestation of mice for months and the owner refused to do anything about it- took 6 months for them to come out and look at it, and makes tenants pay for any issue at all. We had so many issues while living here due to lack of upkeep from the owner. It was a complete nightmare living in this property owned by a landlord of this company. Living in this apt had multiple safety and hazard issues that was brought to the attention of the owner and property management company as soon as we moved in and they refused to fix anything. Mold and water leaks were present. DO NOT work with this company for anything or anywhere! The absolute worst experience of my life!
