Khalil is the epitome of what a realtor should be. He has improved upon every piece of the process for sellers using his experienced team plus professional photographers, stagers, and marketers. Many extra services above and beyond what other realtors provide were included in the Glass House commission rate of 4.5%. Even with a short timeframe to sell, Khalil connected us with an awesome contractor to help us with a variety of home repairs and touch ups. We were extremely impressed with that work and the price that Khalil was able to negotiate for us. The staging consultation had our home looking fantastic for the photos. We were able to see our showings in an app and both open houses went very well. Khalil's expertise was essential in determining the right timing and pricing for selling our house. He was in communication with us as things happened and also just to check in, which we really appreciated. He recommended a wonderful lawyer to review our settlement documents at no extra cost to us. Nothing was left to chance. In the end, we had several great offers and were very happy. We never felt any pressure or stress during the process, thanks to Khalil's calm and personable demeanor. A truly wonderful experience! My wife and I were moving to the area and received a recommendation from a friend to contact Khalil and the Glass House Real Estate team, and it was the best decision we could have made for finding our home. Khalil and his team are true professionals. They took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for, and the area we wanted to live. From the outset, Khalil level-set with us. He explained the process his team takes to finding us a home, gave us information about the area we wanted and offered recommendations of other areas we wouldn't have otherwise considered. From there the search began for a home. Khalil and his team provided us email updates on new listings within our specifications and the team made themselves available at a moments notice to go look at houses. For example, prior to relocating, Khalil would do video tours with us so we wouldn't miss a single opportunity. The Glass House team made our experience of buying a house pressure and stress free, which allowed us to focus on other things as we made our move to the area. I cannot say enough good things about Khalil, Izzy, and Aria. They go to bat for you when you need them and are truthful and honest with you when a house won't be a good fit.
