Mike was a great person to work with in finding a place to rent in Northern Virginia. From the start, he was personal and got to know us. When looking at properties, he was professional and prompt to showings, getting us all the answers we needed about each place. He was open about the situation and options during negotiation, and was instrumental in securing our top choice. He had top-notch responsiveness through the whole process. Mike was GREAT! We were looking for a house in the Tyson’s/Alexandria area and he gave us lots of options. He sent us detailed reports on all of the houses we were interested in and was responsive even late at night! Definitely a good guy that has your best interest at heart. We found our dream home!
