He listed my property quickly and they did an amazing job staging the place. Even during a slow market, we ended up with multiple offers within days (no doubt due in large part to the wonderful staging), and Rolfe made sure to keep me informed and explain everything throughout the entire process. Todd and Rolfe have the rare talent of making you feel as if you are their only client - they work hard to understand your particular needs and walk you through the specifics of each unique circumstance. We've worked with them to buy two homes, and sell one, and we keep coming back to work with them because they're amazing at what they do. Most recently we worked with them to buy a house from abroad. We were moving back to Northern Virginia and we were able to trust their knowledge of the area and their videos and descriptions of the houses to find the absolute perfect home and neighborhood for our family. When we finally walked in the door for the first time, there were no surprises - they had given us every resource we needed to make a decision without ever seeing the house ourselves. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Todd and Rolfe and will continue to seek them out in the future.

Our agents, Rolfe Kratz and Todd Kolasch did an exceptional job from day 1 of selling our home. Truly nice guys! Their work ethic, experience and attention to detail kept the whole process worry free. They had done research on sales in the area and advised us on the market. When we were ready they quickly staged the home and did an exceptional marketing website with professional pictures that included 3-D floor plans and a virtual tour option. Their staging design really highlighted the nice features of the house. This led to multiple showings day after day and they additionally did 2 Open Houses. We had offers the first week. We were already living out of state and they took care of the house and let us know all was well. Jump ahead 3 weeks and we closed for our asking price. For us it was an absolutely flawless transaction from start to finish. We know they worked very hard and definitely recommend them. Thank you Rolfe and Todd!

I can't say enough good things about from Kratz & Kolasch. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made the sometimes frustrating process of finding a house as easy as possible. Todd helped teach us about the most important features to check when reviewing a house helping us to be more informed home buyers whether we were reviewing a house together or ourselves. He also was very willing to meet us on short notice to look at a house if one came onto the market that looked promising. He helped us position ourselves effectively when putting in an offer and put us in touch with people he has worked with in the past to help with future home renovations. Every step of the way he was very helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend this group for all your real estate needs!
