        I don't write may reviews, but my experience at the Vienna Verizon store was so exceptional I want to give them a shout out! I was moving my phone plan from pre-pay to post-pay to get the great international travel coverage. Luckily for me, when I walked in the door, Brian Rivera greeted me. He was above and beyond helpful through the whole painful process! I had to come back two more times over a three-day period to get everything straightened out, and he couldn't have been more helpful. His quiet competency was very reassuring as I hit roadblock after roadblock to what I thought would be a simple switch. I have never had great experiences with Verizon-until I was helped by Brian at the Vienna store. They certainly deserve 5 stars in my book. Thank you!
