I went in only to buy a SIM card and add a line to my existing account but the saleswomen also added a home internet hotspot to my account without my permission or knowledge. They tried selling me on it during checkout and argued its free for the first 14 days. I clearly told them no and I was only there for a SIM. They then put a hotspot box on the desk when they asked me to sign.
This wasnt a mistake or miscommunication where they thought I said yes.
What should have been fifteen mins turned into nearly an hour (waiting for them while they were on hold with T-Mobile to cancel the hotspot account and then having to drive to the ups store to return the hotspot).

Very rude staff. And I think because of my race they didnt show any attention. There were three people from staff and no custumer expect me. All were playing with their phones without helping me. Strongly not recommended.

Anyone with any T-Mobile needs I highly recommend Anthony! I went in with plenty of questions and not knowing what phone to purchase. I told Anthony what I wanted and the primary use of the phone. Not only was he patient with me, but he also answered all my questions thoroughly and recommend the phone that was best suited for my needs. 5 out of 5 stars for the management for having an extraordinary team. 5 out of 5 stars for Anthonys customer service. I walked out with a purple iPhone 14. I looked at the phone next day and I was even more satisfied with my purchase than the day I bought it. I will be going back and seeking Anthonys expertise.

I called them to see if they can help me with the pin because I forgot the pin and she said yes we can help you. When I went to the store all three of them with playing with their phone. They were asking each other to help me. Later she asked my ID and I didnt have on me and again in a very rude style they ask me to leave the store. Very very rude staff.

Great awesome service!
I came to the maple Ave store with a very complicated issue, Adriana was so helpful and patient with her manger Ant, they made me an extra effort to solve out me problem. I am so happy and satisfied with their service and I recommend this store to everyone.
