        Charged $400 to misdiagnose a USB port issue 3 times, ultimately could not fix the issue and blamed the radio manufacturer. Had to call multiple times to try to get my repair fee refunded (didn't fix anything as promised). When the refund finally went through, they tried to add a bogus charge claiming that I used a loaner vehicle. Avoid at all costs.
