Bought a used car here, salesman was a douche. Car broke down a week later. Went back another time for a friend to check out some coupes, yet another douche helped us and was frustrated trying to help us!! Ftw. All in all, don't go here!

Cheap parts. 18 months later the alternator goes out. Out of warranty already. They obviously use cheap parts and won't stand behind their service

Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford is exceptionally bad. I drove down from Baltimore MD to check out a Civic Hybrid they had. I requested photos of the car ahead of time and they were sent to me via text message despite me asking they be sent to my email. They were very careful to crop part of the front end of the vehicle out of the pictures they sent and for good reason. When I made it down to the lot it was obvious that the car was not as described to me. The front bumper was missing several screws and hanging onto the front of the car very loosely, the hood wouldn't seat properly which left about a 1 inch panel gap between the grill and hood. Upon opening the hood I could clearly see where the front left headlight had been repaired due to an obvious collision with something. I decided to test drive the car anyway and the check engine light was on. I was shown a clean carfax report and told by several assoicates there that the car was never in an accident despite the very obvious damage, and only after me making a big deal about the obvious damage did they come up with a story that their maintenance guy started working on it but hadn't finished it yet. Why then, I ask, are you offering the car for sale if it's not ready for the road? I was very disappointed with everyone whom I dealt with.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We came up almost two hours to look at a car. When we got there, the salesman told us to drive to their holding lot and just handed us the keys. I told him I wanted to test drive it, so he said he'd be there in a few minutes with plates. An hour later, I called him to see where he was. He said he'd be only a few moments. I asked him to bring the carfax report and the safety report on the vehicle. He never came. We flagged another dealer who let us have the plates off of his vehicle that he was in. Really? Okay. We get the car to a mechanic and it wouldnt start for us when we were ready to head back to the dealer. Surprise surprise. We call the salesman only for him to not answer. We were on hold with the main line waiting to talk to a manager for thirty minutes. He instructs the salesman to come pick us up. And here I am, sitting for over an hour. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE MORONS. *edit* Update, we hitch hiked back. Take a moment to look at there rating with the better business bureau. F for freaking fantastic.
