        VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Scheduled appointment online Thursday for Monday. Took off work get there Monday and tell them i have an appointment, he says no you dont. I offered to show him my confirmation and he says my boss turns that off on our end when he is on vacation. I ask if they are busy he says yes, my video shows otherwise. No attempt to rectify, he just looks at me, stands there an look stupid. I never leave bad reviews but this is horrible and the worst customer service Ive experienced.
