        I was doing a donation of a couch to Salvation Army when they arrived to pick it up. They were looking at the couch with a magnifying glass to see if it was good. After they did their investigation. They said that they didn't want it. I thought when you want to donate something that it didn't work out in your house for someone else to have advantage of it and take it apparently Salvation Army all they want is new stuff. Guess what from here on. No more donations, no more free food, for them. No more free money for them. Now it's gonna be there goodwill or c HKD That's it no more free anything for the salvation army.

        This seems to be one of the best organizations around in terms of helping people. Lt. Simmons is one of the hardest working , most compassionate people and a real blessing to this organization.

        I recently volunteer for this Salvation Army and Lt Simmons and his wife and the whole entire staff made me feel like home and welcoming it was a joy and inspiraration be there and experience the work they do for the community and everyone is welcome.Thank You Lt.Simmons
