The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center

The last time I was here, the cashier and an employee started gossiping about how another coworker was doing something wrong. This caused the cashier to pause while she was ringing me up causing me to wait longer. I had also picked a purse up off the self. For some reason, the price tag was loose on the inside of the purse. The cashier refused to sell the bag to me and took it away. I asked if she could reprice it for me then because I really wanted the bag, but she refused. So after waiting through her gossiping I wasnt even able to purchase the item I really wanted. It wasnt my fault the tag wasnt connected to the purse. I just picked the product up off the shelf because I really wanted it. The cashier wasnt even willing to work with me. Im very disappointed in the poor customer service I received here.

Website and Google both list the opening time as 9am. It is not. It is 10am. Took off the beginning of work to pick up an already paid for item. Despite the store being full of workers, they refused to just let us grab the item and leave. Fix the times on your website and update Google. It isn't hard.
