        Just went through the drive thru and they would not honor the frosty key tags. I bought 5 key tags and I have been getting 5 frostys. Well I usually buy food for 5 people but only bought a double combo tonight. They said they changed their policy. The website says they will honor 5 at individual stores. Well the Stuart Wendys decided to not honor after they have been honoring. The store manger Mr. Dalton was very rude and argued with me. He said they changed the policy. Well lets just say he changed his policy. The key tag says per transaction per key tag !!!! He finally gave me a # for a district person. I left a message we will see if they call me back.
