Jake was very professional and thoroughly explained the entire process to us when we had a leak in our basement sink. He remediated our mold issue in a timely manner and also cleaned up after himself. Service: Mold remediation

Jake came out to look at a leak that we had in our basement. I was concerned that we might have some mold damage, and since the kids play down there all of the time, I wanted to get a professional opinion. Couple of things that really impressed me about Jake and his work: 1 - He was able to come out right away. I know that this might not always be the case for everyone, but it was less than 2 hours from the time I called till he was at our house. 2 - He was honest with me and didn't try to convince me to do unnecessary work. In my case, the job was easy for me to do myself, and he didn't try to convince me to let him do it, or charge me for anything unnecessary. 3 - He helped me with additional questions that I had about the advice that he gave me regarding how to fix the issue myself. Overall, very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone who thinks they have mold or leaks call Jake and let him take care of their family!
