Tyler is not amazing he passed off many issues with a smile. I didnt even realize Id been tricked till the issues started surfacing one by one. He overlooked many issues with appliances that he tested- washer/ dishwasher. He did not even detect a previous FLOOD! Wiring and outlets passed off as working when completely inoperable. He even overlooked parts of the home that had settled! When I contacted about the dissatisfaction to this report I was never replied to so Ive made the time to ensure to right a HONEST review and WARN others. Do your research stay away from this company period. Do not use a realtor-referred home inspector...never again!

Tyler was amazing. He spent hours going over every inch of our new home (including shimmying through our crawl space) and gave us thorough, understandable, information. He made sure we knew the ins and outs, the whys, and helped us create a succinct priority list. His report was thorough and full of explanatory photographs. I would definitely recommend Tyler and his team to anybody!
