        I met the sales Representative Chris at a networking event and was so impressed with the presentation he made at our group that I recommended them to our employer. We had a few cleanings to try them out and though there were some issues, we were willing to work with them for a long term working relationship. We signed a long term contract for 2022. After the first clean, which again there were issues with the thoroughness, we were looking forward to resolving the issues and partnering with them. then ONE DAY before our next cleaning we get an email from a VP in the company that they have decided to no longer clean in the area of Loudoun County where we are??? NO NOTICE to hire another CLEANER, NO PHONE CALL to explain. How do you not know what areas you service when signing a contract?? Then when your company makes the mistake... they LEAVE YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS HANGING!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... BUSINESSES BEWARE before signing a contract
