Potomac Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

I need my small, basement bath redone. They came out to my house on Friday Oct 27th 2023. It is now Nov 11th 2023 and I do not have an estimate yet. I have emailed them twice asking for it and no response. The estimate should have only taken 30 mins to do. We are now over 2 weeks. You know what they say about 1st impressions.

They did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen and three baths. I had an idea of what I wanted and they gave me honest and excellent advice on different and better options. Even when surprised with a few existing plumbing issues, they fixed it and re-routed pipes at no extra charge.
