Very Professional work crew. Did not need any supervision to construct my new deck. Also, very reasonable in the total cost. William, the owner, was more than helpful with guidance/suggestions, etc during the 2 day process. Extremely pleased with the results. I look forward to referring William and his crew to others. I needed a lot of repairs done to an older home and could not be happier having chosen unique quality construction for the work. Ive never seen harder workers ,more fair prices and excellent outcomes as I got in the renovation of my home. I had a full basement Reno. I had a bathroom put in that was uniquely designed for me. I had to have my roof replaced and they went above and beyond telling me what other things were a problem and allowing me to choose whether I needed something to be done or not. I also wanted to add a 16 x 16 room off the back of my home with a patio and small deck and they were able to design and get the permits for me so I could do that room. I had a leak in a bathroom while they were here and they stopped their work in my basement to come and fix that leak and save me from having more damage in my home. I did not see one thing they could not do while they helped me figure with these various projects. I cant recommend him highly enough and if I ever need anything this is who Im going to. After receiving three separate quotes I was given Unique Quality Constructions contact info. After two visits and three weeks this company had a new roof installed on my home. They are very detailed and honest, about not only their prices, but work that is required to complete the job/task. I have already started dialog with them for another home project and look forward to working with them soon. Service: Roof installation
