I came in with some projects I needed laminated. The staff was hesitant because they didnt want to ruin them (and they were a little folded and wouldnt have been easy) I asked the manager to please reconsider - he did. He took his time (almost an hour) and successfully did it for me. Im so very appreciative!!

Closing crew on 03/14/2024 --- Thank you so much! You helped us with printing, laminating, and guided us on how to use the cutting machine. Thank you for allowing us to stay a few minutes into your closing to finish what we were doing. This is what I call, going the extra mile. @Corporate, you better act. I was frustrated to discover their in-store pricing was still 33% - 319% more expensive than their online prices for identical items. I checked their website for pricing and product availability for this Staples location beforehand. I selected this store's address and in-store pickup options. This did not change their online prices to match the store. I showed the cashier the lower prices for identical items on my smartphone. I asked the cashier to please price match their website, and I was thankful that he did. Their inventory was correct for the items I purchased.

Purchased a new desk chair for my home office about a month ago. The staff was friendly and professional. The chair had to be ordered. But then they assembled it at the store and called me once it was ready for pick up. Will go back for future office needs.

My Favorite Staples Store! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Customer Service is very professional and geared toward making the customer feel satisfied which is extremely rare. Will definitely continue to make this my store!
