      image the store was disorganized, dirty, and the tags/prices weren't accurate. Went to check out and had "mandatory" warranty and service fees added. Talked to the manager(apparently) who said "ok" and walked away. Other staff member was polite but not helpful.

      I used to like shopping here in person. They dont seem to care to help any more. Guy in there this past Sunday was rude . As he adjusted prices where I was trying to shop.

      image Started with waiting in line while employees were texting on their phones. Then a man came in who spoke exclusively Spanish. He was served first in front of everyone else while they translated. Translation couldve happened after everyone else in line was served (he was at the back of the line).
      Waited on a hard drive they said they had in stock, they said they were out. Update the inventory or dont advertise you have something in stock.
