    Torri an outstanding Mobile Expert helped me so much in fixing phone replacement, data transfer, and service support. Beyond her control, however, the phone Ultra Samsung 22 still has an unresolved issue "no internet connection". This issue was widely known but Samsung/Tmobile company didn't reach us for lasting solution. Customer Care tried unrelntlessly but tech problem persisted. I will suggest recall once after reaching out customer care. *****Great News!****** Torri also suggested I do call Customer Care and today I did. An excellent Tmobile Customer Care Expert ETHAN has done formidable troubleshooting and the issue of "no internet connections" is being resolved. Am happy now keeping my Ultra Samsung 22 Phone. Now I can export connections to the world!

    December I bought a tablet . And the salesperson told me he was going to give me a free pen to go with the tablet . And I look at my bill and its in my bill. Please dont lie to your customers. I have been one for twenty years and is this how you make your commission lying to your customers. I called billing department and they said there is nothing they can do. Please train your employees the proper way

    Went yesterday at around 7pm looking for a new iphone to buy. T-Mobile staff lied about not having anything in stock and did not help/offer to help with ordering anything online for pick up. Instead, they gave an alternative to go to Best Buy to buy since its a better option. However after a visit to Best Buy they informed they no longer deal with tmobile only other mobile carriers. He not only lacked knowledge of his job and sent customers wrong information wasting more time but has no integrity.
