        I LOVED IT HERE. Honestly Adam was the absolute best, his coworker as well but I didnt catch his name. Very professional, even when some crazy lady came in and was being so rude and hostile towards them. She was literally screaming, bonkers. Anyway I got the phone I wanted, Adam even helped me out with some things on my bill that I didnt even know I was paying for! Truly a great store!

        Went to the store to upgrade my iPhone 11 to a iPhone 14+. I was told they no longer made 14+ and I would have to upgrade to the 15+. Went to the T-Mobile in Springfield Mall. They didnt have them at the store, but in less then a half hour I had a new iPhone 14+ being shipped to me. Had to upgrade my plan, but the phone was free. Not sure how or why this store is still in business

        I had all sorts of issues with my account and the corporate customer service kept giving me false promises and not coming through. Adam and Mahdi here at this branch SAVED MY BACKSIDE! They were finally able to get my account fixed up and were able to walk me through all my options and really inform me. I used to think going to a branch was not as effective as going directly to corporate. I was wrong!
