Do NOT. I repeat. DO NOT. Buy from carvana. In short: I bought a car from them 2 years ago when I lived in VA - once I moved back into the District (Washington DC) and tried to get my car registered I found out that they did not send my title to my bank (my lien holder) but instead sent it to VW (their mistake). To get your car registered in DC - the DMV requires that they hold your title. Sparing you all the details - It has been over 6 months and Carvana has not been able to get my title from VW and is not doing anything to compensate me. My current registration expires at the end of May and then I'm stuck without being able to register my car anywhere because the title is wrong. I have documents that prove this is their fault, along with conversations documented. Yet they will not admit it. Carvna is known for messing up titles and registrations - just do a quick Google search. Do NOT buy from them.

This Carvana is so bad Is a lot trash in the grass I see one CARVANA worker guy he putting trash in the grass, and the grass have a lot weed is so bad.

Was there today at 4:30 pm and it was all closed . Their Google page says closes at 8 pm so I'm not sure what was going on .
