Wow! What a great place to buy a used car: great cars, with great mileage, and great customer service. Financing was a breeze with no crazy fees tacked on. Could not be happier.

Wonderful service but they put a tracker on the car we paid cash for. Then I had to pay to have it taken off to get a second key. Thats not right. They no longer own the car. We have the title.

We had went to buy a new car and just received bad service. Place was empty but we still waited an hour just to not even see the car because they lost keys. Beware 699 processing fee as well, scam

To preface: the buying experience at this location was good. There was definitely a bit of a wait time, but the agents were all very kind and we got a deal done. The issue seems to stem from Hertzs corporate policies. I bought a Tesla a few days ago. One of the things about Teslas that Hertz should be more transparent about is that theres a concept of software ownership, where the car will treat you as a rental user until the previous owner (i.e., Hertz) officially transfers ownership. In the mean time, you will be added as a guest user so that you can charge the car and unlock it with your phone. The problem came the Monday after I bought the car when I randomly lost access to the car in the app. That meant that I could not access the Tesla supercharger network; I dont have a non-Tesla charger available near me, so Im effectively unable to drive my new car, as I just bought it and dont have a wall connector yet. Ive called them multiple times and theyll either not pick up, say Ill get a call back later (hasnt happened yet), or say its out of their control. Until this issue is resolved, my first EV purchase is a useless chunk of metal on my driveway I will say, a gorgeous chunk of metal (thanks Elon). Theres also a dent on the side of the car we noticed when I bought it. I was told that we would hear back about that. I still havent, but to be fair, we just closed the sale this past Friday so Ill wait it out. Im admittedly a bit worried given the lack of support on the app/charging issue. My experience was a mixed bag. The good: I got relatively recent model car, with reasonable mileage, in good condition, and at a good price. The sales staff was friendly and low pressure. The bad: the purchase process was very (very) slow, and there was an issue with financing. I arranged for financing from my bank ahead of time, which I thought would speed things up. However the dealership was reluctant to provide the paperwork requested by the bank, to allow for the underwriters to finalize the loan and issue payment. I ended up physically going back and forth between the bank and the dealership, and ultimately had to arrange for the bank manager and the dealership to speak directly. It eventually got sorted out, but added about 2 hours to my day. I am happy with the car itself, but would think twice before buying from this location in the future.
