Love love love the team at Springfield Midas! Have been coming here for years. Josh, Lisa and the team are smart, honest, do great work and are fast. They really take care of their customers! Highly recommend if youre looking for great service at a great price.

Had front break pads and rotors replaced. Within a few days, there was an awful high-pitched squealing noise everytime brakes were used. Took the vehicle back to get issue addressed and they said they couldn't recreate the problem, so they couldn't do anything about it. On the drive back home, the same exact noise. Took the vehicle back in again and now they actually offered to try to fix the issue by replacing the pads with so-called "premium" pads. Things seemed fine for a couple weeks and then same noise again. Reached out several times and they did not even respond. They cleary use subpar brake parts and are unapologetic about it. Customer service is non-existent.
