The fill-in PA and Gaertner as a whole completely failed me when I was in an emotional crisis. They made the hold -up to communicating about my meds with another therapist, delay for weeks because of a signature that they would not accept (due to their own error). Further, they did not have the infrastructure to do e-signatures either, making the delay even longer. I was suicidal over a HUGE loss. They dropped the ball. It is unbelievable that they are in the mental health business! I will never forgive them. Despite my complaint to the office manager, all I got was a standard shallow, "sorry you had this problem." In addition, their automated phone system is flawed. I'm outta here!

Dr. Gaertner knows I'm the best person in every universe. He looks a lot taller if you're sitting down and he's standing. His favorite nurse on 7 was Karen, who was my personal hero. He didn't have the words to tell me, that I was his hero.

Terrible to deal with during COVID. Never calls back. I have bad a Anxiety and they dont seem to care. Tried to call but they never answer, goes to a recording.

I was seeing Pam Faulkner and loved her. She was mysteriously let go and then everyone I dealt with after that was rude and unhelpful. They didnt even notify me of Pams departure. I found out when I was due for the appointment. . I got an appointment with a NP named Elizabeth. I couldnt get in right away and was out of one of my medications. She refused to call in the prescription until I saw her. I didnt have enough to carry me to the appointment that was hard to get, I literally had to nearly beg her. The medication was something you are not supposed to stop cold turkey. She eventually did, but it was extremely uncaring to even entertain leaving a patient with no access to an appointment in time and refusing even a weeks worth to tide me over based on problems their office was having. When I had the appointment with Elizabeth, she tried to completely change my medications that have been working for years. Then the office failed to file with my insurance. I have never been charged so much for one follow up appointment. The billing department is hard to reach. I left many messages but got no response. In my opinion, this office should not be in business Incidentally they would not let anyone know where Pam went. Uncaring, rigid, rude, and unkind. Stay away from this practice.
