Piccola Italy Pizza & Subs

Not the greatest but in no way substandard. What I like is I can order a slice from my bike and then eat it at the counter outside on my bike and that's worth it for me. That is how I felt for years but now. Honestly not even worth it. You get a sense for how the staff feels about you and start to feel unwelcome (if you're one of a certain subset). Like via confrontation/harassment. LGBTQ unfriendly. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible delivery service. Called and placed order at 7:28 p.m. and was told it would take an hour. No problem.that hour turned into one hour and 3o minutes; called back was told driver got lost and was on the way back to restaurant. Why???? Asked for money back.was told it would take 2 days for a refund! Smh, extremely poor customer service. Wont order delivery EVER again.

It's absolutely the best Pizza and best place to enjoy real Appiza! The owners are always there working!!? That's always a Plus and they're from Sicily/ Italy. Who better to create Good whoops Great sauce than a native Italian? There's a relaxing feeling there. You may sit at a table and enjoy its pizza or lasagna or any one of their many Italian dishes created their. The prices are reasonable, service excellent and the food is above average... Delicious!!!! I consider myself a Pizza or Appiza expert because I am from Connecticut the home of Pizza! Frank Pepe came up with the idea using a cookie sheet, mozzarella and good sauce He created a pizza !!! They also have a Chicago style if you prefer it and it's great
