Avoid this place at all costs. I was given an initial appointment with Ragan, and was looking forward to matching with someone to manage my medications. Instead, all I received was condescending care and judgements. This woman spoke to me like I was born yesterday. The appointment was so bad, I had to hang up before it was even over, I couldnt take it anymore. This place is a waste of time, money, and energy. Even if youre desperate, I wouldnt go here. Fair warning

I was shocked when I saw the low reviews given to the Moorefield Insight Physicians Office. I have been with them for several years and Beverly and Saba have always gone above and beyond to straighten out any insurance or pharmacy issues I have had without an ounce of irritability-and my physician was wonderful as well! I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a caring mental facility! I know we all have different experiences, but I wanted to shed some light on a very positive one.

I was referred to Insight Physicians LLC to handle my medication management for severe depression and suicidal thoughts. I was desperate and needed help. The initial consultation was very cordial and I was prescribed medication. Within hours of starting I began having a bad reaction. I called numerous times and left voicemails with the nurse practitioner who handled my meds and heard nothing for three days. They finally called me back on Friday after hours and left me a voicemail that essentially said, Hey if you have an emergency this weekend just go to the ER. I spent the weekend huddled in a room terrified and reassuring myself the intrusive thoughts were just the meds. I never received a follow up phone call from them that was over a month and a half ago but they were happy to send me my copay bill. Enjoy the $40.

Was a patient here for a year, I had a death in the family and wasn't able to schedule an appointment within 6 weeks. I received no notice about my termination as a patient. Now I'm a scrambling to find a new doctor. For physicians they don't seem to care about their patients and go out of their way to avoid them. Would not recommend.
