It was great having Oliver Smith as my Insurance Broker while I lived in the Richmond, Virginia area. He helped me find an affordable Home Insurance for my new construction home as well as made things streamlined and easy when I had to move out of state for work. He was helpful in terminating my insurance and issuing my refund before I moved out of the state. Too bad he's not licensed in Wyoming or I would have definitely gone through him for my insurance needs for my new state.

I found Smitherwood at the beginning of 2021 when I was looking to switch my car insurance from Nationwide. Oliver Smith has been a huge help and has always taken great care of me. He helped me get an awesome policy with Grange thats saving me about $125 a month compared to what I was paying before, and the process was so smooth and easy. He always responds quickly to my texts or calls, always makes sure to update me about my policy and is incredibly knowledgeable and detailed when explaining things to me that may be unfamiliar. Recently I got into a minor accident and Oliver answered as soon as I called him and helped me through the process. He filed the claim for me and Grange reached out literally the next day to start assessments for an estimate. If youre looking for an insurance agent who takes their time to make you feel like a top priority, is very responsive, and always goes above and beyond, youre going to want Oliver Smith.

I used Smitherwood Insurance to help me with probate so I can be an administrator of an estate. Oliver was super responsive and flexible. He met me at the John Marshall Court to help finalize the probate and addressesed any concerns the court had allowing us to complete the process that day.
