I do not recommend this company to help with your company benefits.
Edited to add: I did not purchase benefits for my company through this agency as the responses were extremely slow and I never received full quotes. When I followed up for the dental and vision options so I can meet with my staff you responded with:
Hi Summer,
"I'm sorry but the case is too small for me to meet in person with your staff. It would probably be better for you to locate another broker who would meet with your staff in person. Just not enough premium involved for the time it would take me to meet with your employees and write the case. I work mainly online with clients.
Sorry, I wish you the best."
If you do not work with small businesses you should say so and not lead them on. I waited several weeks to hear from you. By far one of the worst experiences I have had with an agent. I never would have treated people like this when I was in the industry for 17 years. Shame on you.

I honestly do not know how I would have muddled through all the options without Steves help. He explained everything clearly and we were able to make our decision. It has been almost two months & everything works as it should! Thank you!

I had the good fortune to have found Mr. Hughes. This is my first year with Medicare and Steven is very knowledgeable regarding Medicare and Medicare products. He took his time in explaining the Medicare process and recommended a plan that is best suited for my needs. I highly recommend Mr. Hughes. His customer service is exceptional.

When it comes to insurance IM LOST. I'm used to my employer offering a few coverage options and I select one and move on with my life BUT when I was displaced and thrown into Entrepreneurship I panicked. I researched Insurance Brokers and Agents in my area and Stephen had great reviews. The reviews didn't lie. He was patient, offer me my options and we selected a great option for my little family. Thank you.
