        You have to contact your representative for everything. You cannot do anything online. I tried to cancel my policy, because I found better & cheaper coverage with Progressive, turns out my policy was canceled before my coverage end date. Now Im uninsured; Erie wants to recharge me & go back through paperwork because they messed up.
