I have dealt with Haile Lytton for insurance for quite a few years. He has taken care of my insurance needs promptly and accurately. When I have questions, he delivers answers quickly. I have had most of my insurance coverages through State Farm for over 40 years, and Haile is following in the footsteps of my previous agents (who have retired) and has delivered the same excellent service. I have been very happy to work with Haile.

I've been a State Farm customer for over a dozen years, and have been with this office for about 5 of them. Haile and his team have always been super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They've even told me on a couple occasions that I was likely carrying more coverage than I needed, and made suggestions to modify it and reduce my premiums in the process. I (luckily) haven't had to make a claim in years, but I remember the last time being pretty painless, all things considered. Overall, I've been very happy with both Haile's team and my overall experience with State Farm.
