Livewire

Only wish we could give Will and Grant more stars! They expertly and painstakingly guided us from design to installation! Am very happy with our decision to move our home security to Livewire, following similar decision with our home entertainment several years ago. We are using the system and new features more than we ever did with the previous technology. There is a distinct positive difference between Livewire techs and the competition!

I did not have a good experience, at all. While all of the people I met were perfectly nice and professional, the technical skills were woefully lacking, in particular with respect to smart lighting stay away, stay far away. but nothing in all three phases of this project went smoothly. Even the simple things purchased televisions sets. The delivered and installed the wrong model. To their credit, they self identified the issue and corrected it, but it didnt bode well for the more complex aspects of the job. The WiFi installation took months and months to get right. The installed alarm panels always seem to have issues. And, the disaster of them all, the smart lighting, which has literally taken almost 6 months I was given wrong information in the sales pitch, project leaders were changed in the middle of the project, explanations were constantly wrong about functionality, the technicians appeared to be doing this particular product for the first time, the original programming was described as whacky by the next technician they brought in and essentially it had to be re-done. Awful, just awful.
