        Experiencing discrimination and poor customer service by two "Managers" is unacceptable in any context. My Mother's encounter today was deeply disappointing. Not only did they fail to address and take the correct approach in speaking to my mother like professionals, instead they thought it right to treat her with discriminatory and disrespectful. Its Disheartening to encounter such behavior in today's world. U urge Ollies Bargain Outlet to reevaluate their practices and ensure all customers are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background and language barriers.

        Ollie's has some great deals. I'm not going to say what I buy, because I don't want them to sale out. But there's a candy that my lady loves. And I have gotten a coworker hooked on them too. So I go to different Ollie's for this candy which is cheaper there and buy 5 to 7 bags at a time. And we go to the Ollie's in Richmond, Williamsburg, Newport News, and Hampton. Ollie's has a loyal customer in us.
