New management is definitely needed as soon as possible. Im tired of arriving at the store before closing time and consistently being told we are closed. Thats horrible customer service along with Impressionism to say the least. If the employees that work there are not willing to serve the public as stated then they need to be terminated. And it be stinking in there.

Needs new management! We got to the store 20 min prior to closing and they would not let us in. All we wanted was a toy that a customer had told us about. If you close at 430pmthats what time you lock the doors. Not 20 min before!!!!

Do not shop or use their auction. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I paid for my things and while following all the rules they would not give me my stuff even though I paid for it. I was polite and accommodating. The warehouse staff and both managers are quite rude to their customers.
