Highly recommend this office! I saw Dr.Karp and couldnt have been more satisfied. Very excited to have found an amazing dentist.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Castellano and his team. I have dental anxiety and almost always require laughing gas and benzodiazepine treatment to make it through dental procedures. I have not needed either of these at Monument Family Dentistry. Dr. Castellano performed a crown replacement and pulp cleaning/cap several months ago. It was my third crown on the same tooth, which previous dentists had been unable to get right. Dr. Castellano was able to create a new crown same-day and he fixed my crown for good. Importantly, he was able to get me completely numb during the procedure. He has a very patient, positive, and reassuring bedside manner as well as a good sense of humor, which I appreciate. I have since gotten Invisalign from him and this was also a very positive experience. They also have pretty fancy dental technology in their office, which seems to make everything faster and more efficient. Their office also seems very inclusive and diverse as evidenced by staff of various genders/races and social justice oriented wall art. I think this is important to note, especially for prospective clients who are conscious about the types of businesses they support. As I mentioned in the beginning, I can't say enough good things about this practice! As long as I live in Virginia, I will be coming here for my dentistry care. Thank you.
