Went in for a cleaning and its unfortunate this was the worst experience Ive ever had with any dentist in my life. Everyone was polite in their speech, but when it came to the work done in my mouth I had to constantly speak up for myself asking to spit or suction. Door open the whole time, no suction until after the cleaning was done, a patient shouldnt have to ask for this being that its standard practice. The cleaning was done manually with a scaler, and its supposed to be completed slower to not cut or miss any spots. This was definitely rushed, and I left with cuts in my gums top and bottom. He asked if I was ok after I put my hands up trying to communicate something wasnt right, but by then I regretted not getting up sooner. A few days later I have the largest mouth ulcer in my life thanks to him pressing the small mirror against every crevice, like he was resting his whole weight on it. Ive moved around and been to plenty dentists to know that I wouldnt be back for such heavy handed and antiquated service. Wishing them the best and hopefully it was an off day or something because it would be sad if this was a daily basis type of thing.

Me teeth are clean .. Dr.P get you rite and tell u bout any bad habits affecting your teeth. No complaints at all

Having several failed attempts to find a dentist I came across this private practice that accepts medicated very grateful and happy for that. Dr Pemberton was super nice and kind and I was in and out of his office but he was very rough in my opinion definitely uncomfortable but he got the job done and he knew what he was doing ! I would recommend him fasure
