This place is hit or miss for me, there is usually an assistant named crystal with me who is awesome, she always makes me feel comfortable no matter whats going on and she does 99% of the visit and thats really the reason that I come and the other one jessica that really seem to run the whole place that make it comfortable for me. If it wasnt for them I would not come. The front desk seems lost and un organized. But overall the assistants make it worth it.

My first time going to this dentist he was very patient and took his time he assured me I wasn't gonna feel no pain and I didn't not even when he numbed me up I would recommend people to go to him for dental work. It was a great experience

Most awful dentist in the world. One dentist work on everybody's mouth. You will be sitting. For over 9 hours just waiting. For Julius to work on everyone. The dental work is alway rushed. Cause the dentist focus . Too much on ,more than one person. I got a rukenal done in 2019. Julius never took all the nerve out. And the cap that was ordered. Came completely off. Wasted a lot of time. To accomplish absolutely nothing. Called Fred to let him know. Fred did not have an answer. If they know it's only one dentist. It should never be. More than 2 people at a time. And if you don't let. The receptionist know. About the parking! Then you're pretty much. On your own! Gotta keep going back and forth. To put money on meter. To pay to park your car. I never had that problem. But listened to other customers. Complain about parking in the past. And if the customer didn't know. The receptionist wouldn't even mention it. Which is even more unprofessional. Cause the customers already paying. For the worst service in the world. Don't get me wrong. The staff is nice. But that don't make up. For the rush jobs. And all the unnecessary waiting. Pointless to go to this dentist. If the work is being rushed. And you gotta end up. At a different dentist office. For someone else. To re fix Mr. Julius work. This was my experience. Not to mention I was pregnant too. My irritation would instantly kick in.

This is worst place to come to as of march 2024. They dont value your time and have you sitting in the waiting room for over two hours. You ask how many people are in front of you and they tell you one but will call two and still have you waiting. When you ask why the lady at the desk says they go off of the sign in sheet. Well the guy who sign in at the same time I did had an appointment at 1:30 pm and mines was 1:00 pm. So it seems if someone decides they want to come early and sign in thats in the line right in front of you who appointment could be an hour or so after yours which my case was 30 minutes they will go before you as if you dont have anything else to do besides sit in a dentist office all day. So with that being said the appointment time really is a joke and they should just go by walk in services instead of an appointment. There is no parking deck so you constantly have to move your car to keep from getting a ticket because the wait is so long and your meter will expire.
