Be prepared for terrible communication from management. They overcharged me $500 for retainers and only acknowledged it after I had to point out the mistake. Also waited 1 and a half months over the normal wait time to receive 1 instead of the 4 sets that I paid for.

This place isn't for everybody. It's INCREDIBLY DISHEARTENING to have to spend hundreds out of pocket when they have someone who is getting paid to tell you you can't afford to have the real work you need done there bc you can't afford it. But they can afford to pay someone just to have that job. And blankets apparently. That's why they're so expensive and heartless. Bc you're poor you get a young inexperienced dentist who gives you so much novocaine you start chewing your own cheek bc your body is shaking so hard and your heart is racing and you're freaking out. But not offered any of those expensive blankets. Oh and almost FOUR EFFING HOURS and countless mouth stabs bc the tech doesn't now how to use the suction device and days later the roof of my mouth hurts more than what i went there for to begin with... And no parking. And rude guy at the front desk. Good luck.

Very good but forgot to provide my partial when I left. It required a return trip to the office. An hour and a half round trip
