        Michael Dodson and every person who I have come in contact with there are extremely helpful and professional! I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1 as the company has gone downhill since Michael Dodson's departure. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with someone to speak with unless in fact you are opening a new loan. I have received voicemails from an employee by the name of Nancy Allison where she using profanity and did not realize she was being recorded. Highly unprofessional and disappointing after 4 years of doing business with them.

        This bank repossessed my car in error and the towing company they hired to pick up my car snapped my tire rods and they will not take responsibility for their error. Very unprofessional and rude organization.
