        The customer service here is the worst. The sales employee will talk over you and ignore what you're asking for. They will push you to do what they want. I was simply trying to upgrade my phone but they were trying to tell me to get a separate line and pay an extra $60 a month. He was rude because anytime I tried to talk, he just talked over me and was very smug. I'm seriously considering switching to Verizon now because of it. I have been with this company for years and the rudest I have dealt with. Do not go to this location.

        Last time I went into a Metro by TMobile I walked out without ever being assisted. By now I was in dire need of an upgrade. Nick was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have a new phone now and it didn't break the bank. Thank you!
