Budget Car Rental

I have been in line at Richmond Airport for an hour waiting for my car. There is one person behind the counter servicing Avis and Budget cars. This is the longest I've waited at any rental car facility in my 30 years of renting cars.

I recently rented a car from this facility and was charged an extra $15 upon returning it for file. Apparently the person couldnt read the gas gauge which was full. I filled it up the night before and it was a 15 minute ride to the airport. I have rented many vehicles with Budget and never had a problem. The employee who checked the car in never mentioned anything about it when we dropped it off. I even wished her a nice day and for they she charges me. Thanks budget. I was going to stick with you bases on previous experiences but not anymore.

This company stole $20 from me. I refueled the car to 8/8 level within 2 miles of the rental return garage. I presented a fuel receipt to the return attendant. A $20 fuel charge appeared on my final bill sent to me after I left the airport to fly home and couldn't do anything about it in person. Too many choices to go with a company that blatantly steals from their customers.

Without telling me when I returned the car, Budget charged me $17.99 for fuel even though I had refueled the car immediately before I returned the car.
