        I just got my 22 Ram service done today at the quick change lanes. I was MORE than impressed. The manager there was by far the most upbeat and helpful individual I have worked with in many years. Professional and over the top knowledgeable man. And I didn't even purchase the truck there.         Terrible communication. Scheduled for body repair almost 6 weeks in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, they "forgot" to call me and changed my appointment for 2 weeks later to get parts. Called the day before to confirm and they said it would be March before the could get to me and they still have not orderd parts. I am 2 months behind getting my truck fixed because I thought going here would be quality work. FYI: they are closing down their body shop. If his is the way the run the whole business, I wouldn't buy a car there either.
