Just stopped in to East Coast Appliance in Richmond to find a new fridge, washer, and dryer for our new home move in. Charles was super helpful in helping us narrow down our choices and get us out the door. We are all set and glad we stopped in. Thanks for staying a little past closing to get it all done.

What a fantastic experience! Myranda was an amazing helper as I agonized over a new washer and dryer - helpful, patient (I took a long time, and waffled back and forth between several options), and genuinely happy to help us. The prices were great - we price-matched and couldn't find anything cheaper. Highly recommend!

Originally I wrote a review and gave East Coast a 5 star review since we were so impressed with the sales part of the purchase. We purchased our Speed Queen washer and dryer 3 months ago ( cost $2800)and since then it has ruined a full load of towels, 2 queen size mattress covers and a queen size comforter. We called East Coast several times to try to get this resolved and in a nut shell stated not their problem call Speed Queen. If you are purchasing a new washer and dryer please educate yourself first before making a purchase. If you have a queen or king size bed our appliance repair company stated do not buy a Speed Queen washer or dryer the drums are too small. They said take it to a commercial laundromat. Really???? Very disappointed.
