Very pleasant experience except the fact that they kept pushing the warranty even after I made it clear that I did not want it. Then they snuck it into my contract to show me how much my monthly payments would be and I had to again tell them that I do not want it! Went in to pay balance on purchase and was asked AGAIN to consider the warranty. No means No!

I made a purchase of a sofa, boxspring, and Serta Mattress. Upon delivery the boxspring was way too high for the Slay Bed frame and obviously would not work. Arbar and Charles stood back and started making suggestions as to what I may want to ask for to correct the situation and they were very accommadating to not only take the incorrect box spring back, but also to bring two more for me to try! They returned with two additional box springs, bringing both into the house to give me the opportunity to choose which I preferred. They are the BEST! They go the EXTRA MILE to make sure the customer is Happy with their purchase and they will work thru a problem to make sure the outcome is a positive experience for every customer! The staff at the store is also friendly and will greet you at the door. I will buy all my furniture at this location in the furture. Carol Tuck

I recently took a disabled friend to Schewels Home to look at lift chairs. Melissa, the store manager, and Rhonda, the sales associate, were so helpful. We spent several hours trying out all the options, and they were very patient, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They were also flexible in working out a payment plan. When it was time to deliver the chair, Charles made a special effort to ensure satisfaction.
