This company needs a class action law suit. You will loose with Appliance wh. If you set up auto pay they will rob you! This company is fraudulent! Beware!!!!

Purchased a dryer from Mr ball and the very next day it begin screeching. Contacted him and still waiting for him to come take a look at it. I contacted another company and they told me the dryer motor is gone. Will cost over 700 dollars to fix. Technician said to throw dryer in trash smh. Will not shop here ever again!! UPDATE: Mr ball came back out and fixed my dryer free of charge. Thank you I updated review to show that this company did fix the issues and make it right.

Great place to buy lightly used appliances. Never had any problems. Great customer service.

Stay away from this business. It thrives from scamming people into buying broken appliances and keeping non-refundable cash deposit.

BAD BUSINESS!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they dont respond when suppose to fix broken appliances, I would not recommend at all. Brought a refrigerator and ice maker was broken, supposed to had order the part and came back to fix its been like a whole week. STAY AWAY!!BAD BUSINESS!
