Scott is so helpful and easy to work with. We have had him fix our refrigerator it was quick and painless! We have actually had him give us advice on multiple appliance issue and he is really knowledgeable and makes everything easy to understand. Can't recommend him enough. Scheduling and communication is a breeze too which after working with major retailers that kept giving us the run around and cancelling our appointments was so refreshing. I got hired by this company to do work in a different state. When time to collect my fees after I repaired the appliance, they refused to pay. My understanding that this company is a third party and they collect from warranty companies while they hire a subcontractor and not pay them. I believe in karma Mr Jeff. God is good and he is watching you.

I am a service provider I was contracted to do work for this company and I was not paid for my services and was spoken to very unprofessionally by Jeff. Please dont use this company. Jeff told me to get off of the phone talking to him about payment and go make some money.
